Folders in Shenzhen
Dropped into a bike shop n Shenzhen (China, just across the border from Hong Kong); they carried mostly Chinese Dahons, the bulk of which were single speed.
The pick of the lot was this Gaint branded alloy bike with 3 speed Shimano rear hub. 11.5kg for CNY 1700, USD 230, GBP 110.
Folding bikes are everywhere here, and tend it seems to be mostly in 16" wheel size.
