The seller had a weird issue with his Paypal and Ebay accounts not being linked, so my payment didn't show up. I canceled my payment and made a direct payment to him through Paypal which he has received. He is shipping the bike to me today. I noticed that the bike popped up in a new "relisting" (the link you provided in your post).. I think this happened because I canceled my original payment. I have contacted the seller about this so he is also aware it's showing up as available in this new listing.
I assure you. The bike is sold and should be shipped to me today! I can't wait to receive it and post up a new thread about it.
There's such little info online about these bikes. I have some plans to mod it a little (tires, pedals, swivel stem, handle bars, maybe a lighter seatpost). It will be my first folding bike.... I'm excited!

The bike apparently fell out of the back of his truck (tailgate was not up) when they were driving it to the Post Office to ship to me! He refunded my money, but I told him I'm curious about the condition of the frame. I'm currently waiting on updated pics from the seller to see how damaged the bike is, and I'll let him know if I'm still interested in buying it at a lower price. This is such a bummer. The bike looked like it was in great condition based on the pics in the auction. I'll buy it if the damage is simply cosmetic or the wheels are simply bent, as I already have spare 24" wheels at home. My biggest concern is the integrity of the frame hinge, rear triangle and the forks after the bike fell out of the truck.
