How do you pack a Xootr Swift into a Dog Carrier Soft Case

Specifically, I recently purchased the milan carrier, and as you can see, I can almost get the bike to fit, but my kittens have trouble getting in there as well. Suggestions?

This is an interesting idea. But I think you and your kittens are better served by using a special bag for the folder only, and using your nice new pet carrier for the kittens' trips to the vet, groomer, and pet shop.

those kittens might scratch up your swift.
