First Time Folder - Dahon Mariner

I just wanted to say that today I took my first ride on my new Dahon Mariner. I'm not sure if it's just the novelty of it all, but this bike was insanely fun to ride plus I enjoyed the looks it gets.

It's not just the novelty. My Boardwalk (pretty much the same bike as your Mariner) is definitely a fun little bike. And the reactions you get are priceless. When I took it to Calgary last year, I had a woman scream "LOOK AT THAT BIKE!!!!" to her friend as I rode past. Another pedestrian sprinted across the street to ask me questions about it as I was stopped at a light. And when I folded it and took it into a restaurant to watch a Flames playoffs game, the faces of the crowd on the street were of shock and amazement. All this happened in the space of a week

You have noticed the unexpected joy of folder ownership. This little secret keeps on working everytime you take the bike out. I have flyers just for that occaision when someone is really interested in having one of his/her own. My Web site series is a real testament to how attractive these little unique bikes are to people.
