Do I have to pay for Dahon Warranty activation @ the LBS?

I was wondering if I should budget this in. Also, do you have to bring your original receipt so they can stamp it "WARRANTY ACTIVATED". Thanks.

There is no charge for activating the warranty, can be done through the web site or over the phone.

What you do need is a receipt from a shop stating that the bike has been set up and tuned. Just keep that handy in case you need to enforce the lifetime warranty on the frame.
