Hey thats a good bike. Does it change gear smoothly? As that wing nut could catch the gear chain. Might try a plastic tube in it

From your site, what exactly does this mean? - "The hub is a Sturmey AW converted to a two speed fixed." What is a two speed fixed? Sounds like you removed a speed from the 3 spd hub. Why? Which one? Does it shift better or differently? Is there a noticeable weight difference?
I've read of this in other places, but the thinking behind it was never actually explained.
BTW, the bike looks great - clean and simple.
