I seen these Sun rims on Ebay.

CR18 with 36 hole drilling. In the 451 size
There finishing on the 8th
Hes got other rims too

Got me a CR18 for my Mezzo rear wheel, and found it a complete pain to change the tyre on - much harder than the stock rim. On my first attempt to change the tyre I ended up with thumb blisters and broken tyre levers. Might be easier with a 20" rim, but do approach with caution (and a tyre bead jack).
