Downtube DT Favor

I was hoping the many posters to this forum could do us a favor. Instead of calling us DT, could we be referred to as Downtube?

We are very thankful to the forum members for denoting us as DT. It is awesome having a 2 letter designation for our company. However we are worried that DT is not helping us as much as we would like. It is highly probable that google indexes each instance of DT on a bicycle forum as a mention for dtswiss, not Downtube. Hence it is likely for DTswiss to come up higher in google searches due to mentions on this forum for us.

We do not want to tell anyone how to think/talk/write. However mentioning our full name will probably help us.....so if you don't mind it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Yan

Word of mouth for the 21st century, eh? Love my Downtube IXFS by the way, just rode it to work this morning. Question for Yan, will the weight limit on the Mini ever go up (say to 235lbs), or do I have to shed more poundage?

People on this forum may be surprised to find the #1 customer of our mini's are women. No where near as many guys buy them ( I believe it is a 3 to 1 ratio ), even less big guys. Hence we will not change the mini's, it suits the current customers very well. FYI the frame & wheels should be strong enough for a 235lb rider, however the spring will be a little soft. You can try to source springs in the US, I will get replacement springs for FS & mini bikes within the next 12 months. We are slowly adding to our accessory inventory....we're not in a rush.

Thanks,
Yan

We're doing very well with our SEO work. Consistently #10 or #11 on google for folding bike. Top 15 for similar terms on google. FYI we started SEO work in April 200. We were near #150 on google searches for folding bike. We have alot of positive momentum & hope to be in the top five by the season.

Thanks,
Yan

Whenever I use abbreviated names I always try to use the proper name at least once. I know I hate it when things are hard to search for.

Thanks for the feedback Yan. Good to know that the mini is popular with the fairer sex. it's just so darn cute, I can't help but want one.

Doesn't surprise me at all. The size, coloring, cuteness all favor women.
I ride one 'cause I'm secure with my masculine side

Congrats on the success of the company.

Yan,
What's the status of importing that Brompton clone? I remember an earlier post on this and was excited about it. Thanks.
