Click the "Submit Photos" link I would think works. You must submit photos to an e-mail address so don't expect them to show up right away. They review and select from your submissions, posting the result in 3 to 5 days.

I'm an interface designer by day; I don't think I've missed anything - the 'submit photos' page offers a list of criteria for image but shows no email address or form to actually submit the images. If that link is squirreled away somewhere else on the site then fine, but it seems a bit silly not to have the link here on the page where any logical being might assume one can submit the images!
last point on the list:
- And most important, Send YOUR images to shayirl at oceanfree.net
(of course, it would have been easiest to put that in the original posting. But then better would be to have an upload link, then you wouldn't start filling a mailbox with spam within days)
