Locking pin for an Auto-Mini?

So aside from the machine shop, buying a complete bike, or a Leprechaun...is there somewhere that I might find a locking mechanism for my Iverson Auto-Mini?

I am to the point of having it welded shut...which rather diminishes it's stowaway capabilities.

keep folding

Problem is...I've never seen one. All I have is the frame.

I have asked some members with the same bike for a picture of the "lock", but no luck. Here is the frame hinge:

It's not just a bolt. It seems to be a pin with a quick release type lever. This is the best picture I could find of another bike:

I get it now .Perhaps your first step would be to see what is available at the hardware store.I hope you have one nearby where you can buy only what you need( not a big package of something) play around with what you think might work .You may have to find a machine shop to do the work.it is kind of like a qr turned sideways. You may only need the part that attaches into the main frame tube machined.

+1

It should be relatively easy to make that part that goes through the frame from a plain stainless bolt. It gets fastened with a self-locking nut such as a nylock. Drill & tap a hole in the head of the bolt to take a seatpost QR at right angles to the bolt. Not sure about the length but it looks close.
