Pannies for Dahon P8 or Boardwalk

Sorry for the mis-spell.

I have these panniers

Would anyone know if they would be in the way of my feet on the pedals? I have a Trek 1000 and I have to put them back a bit on the rack to have the necessary clearance, but not too far back. I need to have the space on it to use it for groceries and don't feel like purchasing new panniers.

Also, I have this rack (which I'm currently using in conjunction with the above panniers.)

Will it fit on a Dahon frame, or do they have their own class of bike racks, given the small wheel size. Oh, and I plan on getting a 20" wheel model.

No it will not fit. You need the Dahon Tour rack,

I have one on my bike and one on the wife's bike it's a nice rack.
