BuyBuy Urban Lite 1: the best 16" for the price?
I live in France and I'm searching for a sub-300 euros folding bike with 14-18" wheels (to fit in the rear of my car). My first folding bike.
I made a web research and my choice ended to the BuyBuy Bicycles UrbanLite 1:
https://www.buybuybicycles.com/urbanL...ding_bike.html
At a price of £159.99 for the bike + £24.95 for shipping to France (that is €198.46 + €30.95), including free kick stand, lock and carry case, it seems a big deal to me.
It's advertised as the lightest folding bike in the world with 16" wheels.
What do you experts think about this bike?

I wouldn't touch it to be honest. The geometry appears all wrong and the riding position is too short. The branding on the bike is tacky and cheap, low-grade Chinese written all over it. Seems overpriced for what it is. Sure it's light but the components are poor.
They also use misleading descriptions and claim their 20" version is also the lightest in the world at 9.5kg. Way off and downright lies actually!

This bike was sold in the US as the "Kent Ultralight". The general consensus seems to be that it's already for the money, but you get what you pay for.
