Sorry to bump this one up. Anyone coming along tomorrow to meet Sesamecrunch and EvilV?

Even if you don't reply we are meeting around 11am beside the cafe on the Serpentine lake in Hyde Park.

Was great fun - four of us - myself, Sesamecrunch (Alan), EvilV, (Tony) and Mulleady (Francis) braved ominous looking clouds for a pootle round the park, photostop by the Royal Albert Hall, on to (almost) Buckingham Palace [foiled by Olympic crowds] then back to Knightsbridge for a bite to eat and irreverent chat on the merits of bikes, transatlantic bike delivery and the Zen of Bikeforum usernames. Snafu, NigelMe and other regulars were sadly missed (Where are you!? Well I hope!) and everyone was incredibly complimentary about my wee red brommie. Was really great to meet everyone - great to put faces and voices to the disembodied text we know so well from these pages.

I think there will be some pictures forthcoming from Mulleady and more comments when Sesame beats his jetlague

Top day - hope they continue.

NigelMe was talking about moving south to SammyBoy country, and mat not be able to come out and play as frequently, Snafu seems to have disapeared off the radar, maybe they (the spooks) have run the CCTV footage of the Buck House incident through the face recognition software, got a match and snatched her off the cycle track - but will we ever know for sure ? Might she escape the clutches of the evil empire by Sunday 7th September ?
