Any clue to what the bike might be, or how much it's worth?
I'm planning to make it a commuting bike.
Do you think I'd be able to switch out the handlebar?

I have seen those bikes before, mostly in China Town Toronto, don't know much about the bike and don't even remember the brand. The one in the photo looks like a single speed and pretty old model. If you look for a single speed I would probably go with Dahon Boardwalk.... It needs some work and part might be hard to find.
