$15 Moulton Stowaway and R20 contacts

Funny how you can be at the right place but usually at the wrong time, however sometimes, just sometimes the Cosmos aligns in your favour.....
Just found a single speed Moulton Stowaway at the local recycle yard, it's in sad shape but should be restorable. Even more strange was another guy was looking at it who told me he has R20 parts and will also put me in contact with a local Raleigh & R20 collector I didn't know existed. Being of an occassional sound mind , I weighed up the resto costs and decided it would infringe of other projects so I told a Moulton friend of mine so he could have it....at least I have new R20 sources.

UPDATE...

My Moulton friend, who owns a genuine Speed Six, went to the recycle yard and got the bike for $5

He also owns some very nice classic Italian racing bikes, so this Moulton has gone to a good home and will be restored tastefully. I've even offered him a 28h SA hub for the resto.

The later stowaway had the 2-speed hub to avoid splitting cables...when stowing!
