Dahon Jack VS China Domestic version?

http://www.dahon.com/us/jack.htm

Is it true the Dahon Jack is a rigid bike, non suspension front?

I bought a Dahon Fox (Chinese domestic version) for $260 in China, which has a front-suspension fork. I was in China for the solar eclipse, & got it at a Giant dealership in Hami (NW China, near Mongolian border):

I really like this bike, I plan to use it for domestic trips in USA. I could fold it & throw it in the trunk of a Beijing taxi (VW, Nissan, etc) no problem. Rode it around in Tianeman Square:

Really way better than tourism by foot, foldable bikes rule!
