Ignio Folding Bike just about done - Pic

Got my SKS black fenders in today and they look a heck of a lot better than the stock gray fenders that came with the bike.

I had to cut the metal rods down a hair to make them fit good.

Just about done. Think I'll put some different pedals on it and call it done. I need to put the rack back on but I need to pick up a couple more machine bolts. Weird size bosses on this thing.

Sorry for the rotten angle. It's raining like a big dog here in Okinawa.

Been following your ignio threads, looks like a winner!
I've 2 questions though:
- Is it steel or aluminium alloy?
- What does the QR thing on top of the stem do? I saw your folded pics but the handlepost doesn't fold apparently?

Cheers

joseff,

The frame is steel. The thing on the stem loosens and the stem drops all the way down. The handlebars can be turned sideways as well. It moves very freely.

I've just decided I'm not done. I'm going to put some new V brakes on this thing. I'm thinking about Cane Creek Direct Curve 3 or 5 brakes.
