That's sure a Dahon frame latch & frame. Looks like she was ejected forward, off the bike.

Here's a similar, nightmarish "truck at intersection" crash that happened yesterday in L.A. Metro area - at the base of the Angeles Crest Highway in La Canada, for those that know L.A. No bikes involved, but two killed and 12 injured.
