From 23 lbs. to 21. lbs according to my digital bathroom scale. To lose significantly more would entail going to Kinetix Pro wheels and something like Stelvio tires. For a regular bike that sees almost daily use of some sort, I prefer a puncture resistant setup rather than all out lightweight.
