Dahon 16" Stainless Steel Convertible (circa 1986?)

I recently bought this on ebay with the rear fender missing - does anyone know how "collectable" these are? On ebay there was one that went for >$1K but looked like everything was in tack, the rear fender is missing on mine (did not realize before I bought it!).

Also, does anyone have a manual they can share as I do not know how to set-it up properly!

If anyone is interested in buying, there is some restoration on the nuts/bolts which were not stainless...

thanks,
Amy

I have a plain steel classic from about the same year, but it came with a manual, which I posted here:

It just happens to be a manual for a stainless model. Good luck.

What do the other pages not scan say? Would you consider selling the manual?

The stainless ones are quite popular among collectors especially the Far East.

The other pages I didn't scan are general stuff about bicycling & safety. If you want to know about the Sturmey, go to Sheldon Brown's articles, and/or hubstrippers. It's too bad Dahon didn't provide more support for the early bikes.
