Other uses:
doubles as a flack jacket.
Has an inflatable bladder and becomes a sumo suit for those impromptu Metro Train parties.

Agreed.

It looks hot and bulky too. What do you do when it's time to ride and you have to carry that hot heavy bulky jacket in 90 degree weather?
