Huffy Touriste 3 Speed Folder Mint Condition

Look at what I found. A Huffy Touriste 3 Speed folding bike in like new condtion. A beauty after just a 30 minute wipedown, putting some air in the tires and a little tightening on the shifter cable adjustment barrel. Anyone know what year these were made? It's got a Huffy Made in Japan sticker on it. Definately a looker and I can't wait to take it out. This is the best looking Huffy I have ever seen of any size and I am a C&V kind of guy.

Sorry about the late reply. Just discovered your post. Yes... 16" tires. I see you are in the SF Bay Area as well. Any clue on what this might go for around here? I don't see myself keeping it nad will probably place it on CL soon so it has a proper home and someone who will ride it daily.

There may be a year on the hub when it was built. Very cool looking bike.

I just saw the post about the vintage Peugeot folding bike that is similar to this one. I guess it is an older "Birdy" style but does anyone have any website or catalog information about these older types? All of my Birdy searches are about the modern style. I think I'm going to sell it as I'm not using it.

Hey TIOS

Do you mind if I add some of your detail pics to my Flickr pics link of the Huffy Touriste in my AtoZ of folders?
