Captain Stag Folding Bike

Anyone ever hear of a Captain Stag folding bike (made in Taiwan)? There is one for sale locally at $125. It is a 1 hour drive to see it and was wondering if it might be worth a look. Thanks.

There are a huge number of cheap Chinese bikes for sale. When I have bought a cheap bike I have had to replace all parts including the wheels.

It is 7 years old and has a 6spd Shimano click-shift and spring-suspension seat. Looks like more than just a (really) cheap Chinese bike. I think I wll have a look at it . Any advice on what to specifically check to determine relative quality?
