Temporary trade (3 months)?: my bike friday nwt for your brompton (any model)
Kind of an odd query, but thought I might find a good match here. I'm looking for someone in the bay area (northern california) who has a brompton and who might be interested in doing a temporary trade of your brompton for my bike friday new world tourist (about the 2000 year model, 21 speeds, in great condition) for three months. i live in san francisco but am doing some travelling in the mid and southwest for a few months and a brompton would work better for me than the slightly more bulky and hard to travel with bike friday tourist. the tourist is phenomenal for bike touring though. any takers? i'd need to make the trade happen in the next week or two. obviously we would meet in person and make sure we were both comfortable with the *temporary* trade.
