Kettler Pulse I-on?

Kettler's US headquarters is located here, and they're now
selling the Kettler Pulse Ion in our local Craigslist: $175

Does anyone know about these bikes? Who makes them for
Kettler, any good, etc. There was the recent thread about
under $300 bikes, and this appears one way to get an over $300
bike for under $300 -- but only if it's a decent bike.

The $175 deal does not include the bag indicated in
this photo:

• Super light & sturdy aluminum frame
• Shimano Tourney rear derailleur and Revo shifters
• Fully sprung comfort saddle
• Painted steel luggage rack
• Full front and rear metal fenders
• Double Lock Easy-Fold™ folding mechanism
• Durable cromoly folding stem
• Easy use folding anti-slip pedals
• 3-Piece chrome plated cranks
• Front and rear V-brakes
• QR seat post, rear tire and stem
• 20" Kenda Khan street tires
• 20" Anodized alloy rims with Shimano freewheel
• Folded dimensions: 15W x 33L x 27H
• Set Up dimensions: 22W x 59L x 42H
• Weight Limit: 250lbs
• Normal suggested retail: $499.00
• Sale price: $175.00 + Tax

Seriously, 39 views and no comment? Guess that tells me something.
