Got a quick reply from Dr. Yan:
1) What is the rear spacing of the frame? (126mm / 130mm /135mm)
we have had 130's and 135's the latest ones should be 135's
2) What is the spacing of the front fork? (74mm / 80mm / 100mm)
100
3) What is the width and threading of the bottom bracket?
68x114 (as I recall)
4) What is the head set size? 1” or 1 1/8”
1 1/8"
5) What is the size of the seat post?
550mm (L) 30.4mm (D)
6) Is there touchup paint available for the bikes?
No
7) Are there any geometry specs that can be found? (effective top tube length, etc..)
We do not have them, however it is a Dahon licensed frame, hence you can get the info from them

Oh man... If the rear dropout spacing on the Nova is indeed 135mm and the bb info is right I may bight the bullet and do one up here soon. Have parts on hand to turn it into a 9 speed and custom wheel sets hanging with no bike in 135/100!

I bought my Downtube 4 years ago and posted here on this thread. I love the Downtube. I have custom gearing and Schwalbe Big Apples as well as a Brooks Saddle. It has been to Mexico and Argentina in a suitcase. Finally Miami tore it up. Miami has no bike lanes so bikers are forced to ride on sidewalks going up and own constantly on the ramps and sometimes curb jumping. It has taken a beating. I am 180lbs and sometimes I use it for grocery shopping and load my Ortlieb panniers with 20lbs of stuff. So I was not shocked when the frame broke on the weld. Thankfully I got a weld shop to weld it for $40. Now I plan to repaint it. Just thought I would share here. I love the bike enough to fix it and keep riding. I have put probably 5000 miles on the bike, perhaps more.

Wow!! That's a scary looking break. Apparently you're still in one piece.
Just gives me more things to think about, the 8H I ride is nearing that many miles.

Yes I was lucky to see it when I parked. I felt the bike wobbling when I was riding to that beautiful location that day. I am so glad it did not break when I was riding. It would have been super nasty I suppose. The welder said the other weld may get weak too, it seems like a little black shows on the weld, but I don't know if I agree with him on this little black line. But just check your bike to see if you see it and you may want to reinforce. Who knows. Probably just an aberration.

Impressive looking bike you have! I think you put over 5k miles...it looks well used. I normally put about 1k miles on my bikes before I swap them out.
