Looking to buy a cheap 20'' adult bike

I need some direction. Im looking for an online resource to a 20'' wheel adult bike. Doesn't have to fold, and can be a frame only.

I want a frame only. And cheap

Suggestions?

I dont know of any frame only, although Downtube had talked about selling some frames once. What do you consider cheap? You get what you pay for. Why do you want a 20" wheel bike? Why a frame only?

Find a Raleigh Twenty. They came in a fixed frame version, but it is uncommon in the US. They can be had off of ebay for anywhere from ~$100usd and up.
