Suitable and affordable case for Birdy on aircraft?

Heading off on my travels soon and want to get something to replace a cardboard box and bubble wrap!

Any suggestions?

If you had asked me a year or so ago, I would have told you a 29" Samsonite Oyster case, that's what I think most of us use.

However, Fed up with TSA and the Samsonite Oyster case
