Folding bike rental in London?

Business takes me to London next week; I'll have Saturday and part of Sunday (Oct 10-11) free for touristing. Thought it would be fun to rent a folder (if possible) and use multi-mode transport to see the city.

Suggestions?

thanks

Velorution will deliver and collect from your hotel, handy on a Sunday when most places are closed and you cant return the bike.

Hmm my previous post never made it...

I would recommend Action Bikes (http://www.actionbikes.co.uk) instead.

I no longer shop at Velorution, because I take exception to the owners hypocritical and narrow-minded views about immigration, race, and our working classes (amongst other things): http://www.londonfgss.com/thread8147.html

It would appear that whilst Andrea (it's a 'man') enjoys lambasting others with outlandish stereotypes, he prefers to stick closely to those (usually unfairly) attributed to the uneducated.

However, at the end of the day, that's just my opinion and one persons concern is not necessarily that of another's...

Alternatively, you could try your luck with South West Trains, they offer the best deal of all, and there is no clause that (publicly) discriminates against foreigners

http://www.southwesttrains.co.uk/SWT...mptonbikes.htm

Go to London Waterloo Station (overground) on a weekday (best done 8am - 5pm) and ask about it.
