    Ahh, so it looks like they are finally available.
    Have you noticed the weight of this bike..... 32lbs / 14.7 kg, that is dammed heavy.

    Very Cool bike. Unlike those concept vapourware bikes it is real and made by Pacific-Cycles, who are are at the top of their game [birdy, airnimal, reach, etc etc.]

    Not really - for a big wheeled bike, its comparable with other big wheeled folders: Montague/Hummer, Cadenza8/Matrix, and regular mountain bikes used around town. Especially as it rolls when folded.

    BUT, there IS a lighter (and faster) IF bike the IF Urban, a 700c wheeled bike which folds down as compact, rolls, with nothing to remove. Fascinating development pictures on sander's website.

    Admittedly Urban700c is no way near as cool as the IF Mode, but costs less.
