Better than the traditional tire-on-drum methods and folds in aerodynamic drag too (which is probably what we want anyway). Not my work, but I was impressed and thought some of you guys would be too.

Thanks for sharing. Bicycle Quarterly has done some work which raises doubts about the appropriateness of tire-on-drum methods. Long story short, it appears that suspension losses are significant and that tire-on-drum tests don't account for them creating a bias.
