old school classic dehon stoplight series owner A frame style.

came across a ti-wan classic dehon, buried in storage shed 3rd generation owner. 16 inch wheels 3 speed on the fly shifter, rear fender mounted (lighted)reflector red oval, this is i am told a (stoplight classic dehon) about 200 made in the first factory-green,yellow,red styles with NO factory serial numbers. strait frame folding denon with name plate states(hon) twain (oval nameplate) has origional yellow walled tires(hwa-fong-(hFr) min inflate 50 lbs. so folding bike people ,i would like dates, if any members have green/red bikes would like to collect the complete series, or if you might have any other information to offer. thank-you.cricket57

Check inside of the frame hinge to see if there's a serial number etched (not stamped). The letter code will be meaningful to owners of these bikes. Also, check the rear hub for the number code which refers to the hub's date of manufacture--not to the date of the bike's manufacture date. The code format should be XX-X, or something similar for year/month.
