Raleigh Twenty Folder QR Lever or QR lever drawings needed

I got a Raleigh Twenty Folder today.
The frame has a bolt where the lever (that releases the folding plates on the top tube) should be.
What is that part called?
Are there exploded view parts drawing of these bikes?
Does anyone have a spare they are willing to sell?
Does anyone have drawings of this part? ... I could fabricate one myself.

i can get you a picture tomorrow with a couple of dimensions. I do know that it is a 3/8" SAE thread, which is a good thing. Let me know if you decide to machine some I might be interested in buying a couple. I have both of mine and hope I never have to go looking for one. BTW according to Sheldon Brown you can ride it without the release bolt if you crank the pivot bolt down tight, the frames are that stiff.

Assuming, by SAE that means it is either UNF or UNC, would this work https://www.mcmaster.com/#machine-handles/=66z96b

This one is fine thread and may need for threaded portion to be cut down. There are other styles on the site.
This one if its coarse UNC https://www.mcmaster.com/#machine-handles/=66z96b

R20 Folder Bolt Photo

A very kind member of the R20 forum offered me his spare bolt.
When it arrives, I will measure it carefully and eventually make some spares.
Thanks for all those who posted advice.

Dimensions of this bolt have been posted at https://www.flickr.com/photos/8210984@N06/?saved=1
Threading is 3/8"-16 as measured by various thread guages.

Thanks again to all who helped.
