RE: 20x1.10 on Dahon Mu XL
hi all,
can i put 20x1.10 tire on my dahon mu xl ? the original tire is 20x1.50. can i do it or i need to get a new rim ? i am at the point of replacing it and saw that the new durano tire (fold) has a thread life of about 6,500 miles. at $35 each (thorusa) it is a good deal i supposed.
thanks,
vic

should be fine.
if you want to double check, go with the tire sizing chart.
20x1.1" is 406x28mm

noooo problem
keep in mind that the milage is not guaranteed but a good average only. Having said that Schwalbe tires are well constructed and well worth the price
Thanks Thor

I sold the SL last December and bought a Pocket Companion that I dont ride. I just need a bike to ride a couple of miles and end up buying something that is more than I need.

I have to remove the crank and already spent too much time on it last night. I got it with an extra wheel and a el boso bag for $500.

good deal. that's a 2006 mu xl, right ? now all you need is a 2.0x1.1 tire and you're set.

The cranks on there are Kinetic and forged. I think they look cool because they are different.
