Anyone Here Bought a Dahon Mu SL that was on CL...

hmmm....someone beat me again but this time it's a 2007 Dahon Mu SL that was on CL. i called and found out that i was # 2 on the list. too bad that the first on the list bought it right there and then....oh well time for bike hunting again.

note: it was listed for $550 with some upgrades....this is on SAN FRANCISCO CL.....

yes. bike was in excellent shape judging from the pics and was used occasionally as the owner has a mountain bike and would rather use it than the dahon. original tires and all, with a few upgrades like trigger shifter, dahon rack, and all. oh well missed one have to wait for another deal to come. i would think about your offer though... thanks thor......really appreciate it.

i checked them and not the SL one. but there is one that i will be checking out this wednesday. it's just the heliios P8, although the lady owner told me that it is a 10 speed bike - so i am kinda puzzled. i will let you know how it turns out.

I am just sarcastic
there is no 10 speed helios .....but an 8 speed with Pro wheels sure is nice and light, albeit a little flexy compared to newer ones ... I dont mind with mine, but I rarely ever stand up and i am a weakling ...lol

dynocoaster - because of the weight. i do a multi modal commute and getting a lighter one will come in handy especially when going up and down the stairs/escalators. also the deal at that time $550 was just to good to resist. i bought a bike friday since then.
