Identify this Vintage European Folder Please
Has a Torpedo Hub and I believe has been repainted but am not 100% sure but there are no identifying decals on Bike. There is a brand on the rear of the saddle but am unable to read the lettering. Thanks in Advance for your input.

without a decal its going to be hard to pinpoint the exact brand as the U-frame folding bikes is quite common during the bike boom of the 70s to 80s
but the Torpedo hub indicates its definitely European. just for curiosity did it say Torpedo Duomatic? Torpedo Boy?, or Torpedo Automatic? does it have markings on the Rims as that would also help. The saddle might have been possibly replaced? also is the fenders aluminum or stainless steel?
as an example of how common u-shaped frames are heres my KTM Auto-Mini Austrian made with a F&S Torpedo Duomatic[2 speed kickback] rear hubs
The Front/Rear fenders removed and Chaincase removed as well.
im just going throw a wild guess its a Falter Faehnrich Super-Star Folding bike because of the stem design
and the wingnut design on the quill and seatpost but who knows everyone copied each other during that period
i have a Falter Super-Star with that same exact stem design and wingnuts[don't have a photo of it yet]
shown here is the KTM/auto-mini

EM42--Thx for the Info. To answer your questions, I have only saw this Bike in Pics. I'm going to check it out in person this weekend and the owner wants to sell it for $80. The Torpedo Hub, if its functioning correctly, ought to be worth that much alone. I suspect the Seller is not aware of exactly the workings of a Torpedo Kickback hub and how its functions as he advertised it as a Torpedo Coaster brake and nothing else. We will see tomorrow. My hope is that he is unaware of what a Torpedo Hub really is.lol
