Oh, boy... let's see, what's on this thang:
Bike is a 2007 Downtube Mini with about 8400 miles on it.
Upgrades:
Shimano Nexus dynamo front hub (36H, laced to original 24H rim).
Bell (Walmart) ergon-style grips
Saddle-- currently a Forte (Performance Bike) MTB saddle.
Seat post has been extended as discussed in another thread once upon a time.
Accessories:
SKS (Dahon) fenders; I'm on my second set of these.
Nashbar front rack, sometimes with its specific bag.
Home-made LED lights powered by the hub mentioned above.
Brrrrrrrrring brrrrrrrring style bell on handlebar.
Expandable wedge bag on back of saddle.
Pump and water bottle cage on frame.
Replacements:
Tires (about ten rear tires, so far; still on my second front tire)
Tubes (let's not even go there)
Pedals (about five pairs, so far)
Rear rim (wore out after about 5000 miles)
Frame (first one cracked where the seat post sticks in)
Rear wheel (hub destroyed by LBS; they built me a whole new wheel)
Crank (I've tried several different ones... could still use the original one, I guess)
Upgrades and accessories that didn't work out:
Chainglider (this required a new cog and new crank... total PITA and I hated the chainglider anyway).
Rear rack (the Dahon rack fits... but it's useless. I couldn't find any use for it).
I don't think that's a complete list... but you get the general drift.

Um. Anyway.
I have on my Brompton M6L:
Ergon GC2 grips, the bestest grips ever,
A rather banged up mirror (because the brommie fold puts the left side handlebar down and the poor mirror gets dragged about),
A brommie S-bag,
Klickfix attachment for the shopper basket,
Planet Bike Superflash rear light
LED Fenix-type front torch
Scooter wheels instead of the brompton rollers
A black and green saddle which matches the brommie's color scheme,
And finally, a green ribbon on the handlebars. Why? Because it was there.

Awright, the weather is hot here, 24C, my perfect temperature. I ride the Vitesse on the road, but this weather I shove the MTB down the trails. For hot weather I fill one of two plastic drink bottles to within 2" - 50mm of the top and stick it in the freezer overnight. and fill the other with 40% fruit juice, 60% water and half a teaspoon of salt. That's my isotonic drink . 75ml - a bike bottle - is enough energy and salt for about 20 miles offroad, at 24C.
Out in the deserts of Hampshire in the baking summer sun, the ice bottle goes in a backpack against my back, it gives me aircon, a cold shower if I get too hot, and ice in my drink. It keeps my sandwiches cool too.
The only stuff I have on the Dahon, other than the riser bar and grips, is Deore brakes, and a bell with a compass in it. It's completely useless but I wanted one when I was eleven. The saddle is a Selle Royale. I got blinky lights 'n crap, too.
I also shove a bag on the rack when I need it. If I'm in London, I put the talking sat-nav from the c*r in it. I can hear it over my shoulder. So can everyone else.
We English like tea. so I have a tiny gas stove which fits into a WWII East German army billy can, that holds a knife, fork and spoon, and enough Earl Grey for the day. It clips into the rack on the Dahon, and it will cook noodles and fried eggs in about six minutes. I can get fresh eggs from any of the farms near me, 24 hours a day

My own soon-to-be changed set-up:
Dahon Boardwalk
The various upgrades I done back in 2003 to upgrade to a multi-speed bike (see Website series)-probably will get new usage on the Twenty
touch up paint
Dahon Piccolo
1 upgrade added only-Electra Cruiser saddle Hawaiian Flower Pattern (Before you think "EEEK!" The bike shop sold it to me for &10 dollars as it had a very slight cosmetic blemish on it).
Brompton C3E Companion Model
The Upgrades Over The last 5 years (see Website series)
And for all my bicycles all those bags either I bought or mostly sewn myself!

recently installed rear rack/panniers/tool bag for summer riding on my Raleigh Twenty.
i think i need a small bell installed soon to warn pedestrians as i sometimes ride on the beach trail or even sidewalk for my own safety if the street situation is too dangerous.

Is it my imagination or are you running a fatter tire in the front than in the back?
i know they are not matching pair as they are different brands but both are 20 x 1.5"
but you know how it is with different manufacturers someones 1.5 might not be exactly the same.
I don't know if you also noticed the fork is painted brown the frame body is green and the rear stays are gray NOTHING MATCHES !! lol
this is my everyday bike got it as a frame only so I got the front wheel from a BMX and the rear [another] singlespeed BMX coaster brake hub
but now as shown it sports a Sturmey-Archer 3 speed rear wheel that i built. got the hub from ebay and i used a BMX alloy rim and recycled spokes from another bike.
I had reconfigured this bike quite a few times but the way she is right now is he best configuration that I wanted and it might stay just like that but who knows i never get satisfied
im actually planning to replace the hub with a Sachs Torpedo Dreigang[3 speed] and get away from the SA hubs.

I don't have a decent picture of mine at the moment, but the upgrades from stock are:
Aluminum Rims, stainless spokes, changed out the stock AW hub for an AG (3 speed w/dyno), cork grips, Brooks B67 saddle, 400mm alloy seat post, B&M Cyo head light in silver, B&M 4D fender mount taillight, Schwalbe Marthon tires and tubes, Kool Stop Continental brake pads, rack bag, Planet Bike Superflash and a bell.
I guess you can figure out the accessories from that list...
Here is a picture of it with most of the upgrades installed.

Tikit -- main things worth mentioning that I like and endorse (for many I owe others on these boards thanks for recommendations):
Ergon GC3 grips
Selle Anatomica saddle
Supernova E3 light set (with SON hub for power) + Cateye battery lights
Bike Friday front rack
Bike Friday/Planet Bike fenders
MKS lambda/grip king pedals with added spikes
Ortlieb front-roller panniers and Ortlieb saddle bag
Cateye speedometer
No-name combination bell and compass
Zefal rear-view mirror
Quicker pro pump
Velo Orange brake shoes/pads
All are things where I periodically think "this is a good/reliable/comfortable/useful thing and worth the price -- I'd buy it again." A few things no longer on the bike didn't make that cut.

Oh, boy... let's see, what's on this thang:

I have an 08 Mini with SKS fenders, kickstand from DT 9NS cut down, Dahon rack and just bought a Novara Basic bag which fits it nicely, DT seatpost bag, Cateye Strada computer, LED headlight and tailight which I can use on my other bikes. I'm not happy with the kickstand because it looks clunky and it interferes a bit with the fold. Haven't found one yet to replace it and I prefer an axle mount.

My Brompton,(see avatar) was ordered with no options from factory. Complete default order s/s. Only thing i would change on order if i had to do it again would be no paint, just the clear coat (raw).
I have added Brooks B17
Carradice junior 9 ltr saddle bag. I dont like the front mount bags,i find they change the frisky handling which i enjoy.
Aber Halo handle bar extender which works well with S-type bars to get the length and height i like in cockpit even though S-type is slightly more stretched out than other models to start with.
Had to install longer cables with above mod. Used Jagwire Ripcord kevlar cables which i swear improved stopping power.
Two Fish water bottle holder mounted on steerer stem.
GP2 Ergon grips.
Miracyle bell.
Planet bike 2W front light and Superflash back when needed only.

I have a Terry saddle, Shimano clipless pedals, pump, kickstand, front and back racks, fenders, bell, mirror, saddle tool bag. I do have lights, but haven't used them yet. I usually have handlebar bag, back rack bag and/or some kind of pannier. I'm shopping for a good set of panniers now, to replace the old, crappy ones we have. One thing I don't carry is a lock! I will, when we're touring though.

Paratrooper folding bike geared up
One of our customers sent us this pick of his paratrooper loaded up for a trip to Japan. Some of the accessories included are a full rack and pannier system, lights, and fenders.

I don't know if what counts as an accessory. The racks, fenders, and chainguard a stock, so maybe not accessories, whereas if I had added them later, maybe they would count. The rear rack, at least, is physically part of the bike, so I can't justify that as an accessory, but the other parts are at least optional in that they could be removed.
My lovely Sumo horn is my favourite, although, like Snafu's bell/compass, it has limited utility. Pedestrians seldom acknowledge it. Pedestrian's dogs, however, perk up their ears as they hear what appears to be a chew toy coming their way.
The cooler is not a frequent accessory, but it does have its uses.

Terry saddle and Shimano clipless pedals. Also rear rack and mount for front lights (rear light goes on the pannier), plus fenders, which really do make for a much dryer ride.
I actually bought a computer for the bike, but realised that a wired computer is sort of silly, as you would be taking it off and on all the time, so it's in the box waiting to go back to the shop when we get back to Toronto. I dislike wireless computers -- they always tell me I'm riding at 99km/h or something.
Bike is currently on its second outing of 2010 (first Vancouver, now the Rockies) and is doing very nicely. We did something like 75km today (but of course I don't have a computer, so that's just a guess)
