Blackpool Nocturne Folding Bike Race
Hi there all folding bike enthusiasts. This Saturday sees the final Nocturne Series event of the year in Blackpool. The Nocturne Series is not only unique due to it night time cycle racing but also due to its inclusion of folding bike races in its events.
You may have seen pictures of our races before. All the competitors wear business attire from the waist up and have to run to their bikes and unfold them at the start in a 'Le Mans' style. This makes the race a lot of fun.
Entry for the is only £10 and the winner of the race wins A Dahon Speed P8. So if you are interested please entry at: https://www.nocturneseries.com/blackp...ngbikerace.php or email: info@nocturneseries.com

I think what snafu meant is that there's already threads about the nocturne series here months ago. Anyone that's a folding bike enthusiast here that lives in Englands knows about it .

Indeed. My inbox is regularly besmirched with 'news communications' from some delightful creature called either James Pope or Adam Tranter. (I suspect both of them to be computer chips.)
This one is good:
"The Blackpool Nocturne date has been changed to Saturday August 21st. The original date clashed with a punk festival in the town centre."
That's what Punk Festivals are supposed to do, isn't it?
