Pletscher CS Rack on a Raleigh Twenty fit?
Will a Pletscher CS Rack fit on a Raleigh 20? The ones I've seen say for a 27", 700c or Raleigh 3 speed bikes.

The Pletscher CS rests on the seat stay and with the leg length it would be angled significantly toward the seat. Pletscher used to make one for 20" bikes but I don't see it anymore. I would look at the Pletscher Athlete 20.
I mounted a Blackburn mountain bike rear rack to the seat colar on my Twenty. The rack sits level and I can carry normal grocery bags without heal strikes or dragging on the ground.

the ones we have are for big wheel bikes .. they will somewhat fit but are pretty high above the wheel which is somewhat not cool lookin. plus you will most likely make a couple plates to mount them as well...
Better indeed is the Pletscher Athlete 20 inch ... a much more modern design ( which in this case is probably not what you are looking for )
you might want to add a single bolt ( front) mounting plate if you do not have the theaded holes on the outside of the seatstays...
