Has anyone ever heard of these?

I just saw these on ebay and wondered if anyone has any info on them. They look suspiciously like Citizen bikes, specifically the Miami. Any feedback would be appreciated.

It has a lot of differences: angled handlepost, single speed, different rack etc., and if that stat is right it's very heavy.
