My Montague Paratrooper commuter build.....fold pics!
Still have a while to go yet, im still debating transmission choices. So Ive noticed the Paratrooper folds more compactly using these pizza-cutter thin 26"wheels and 1.5 tires (fat nobbie tires made frame fold fatter/wider) Also, you'll notice the Nashbar adjustable stem allows me to quickly remove the super wide bars im using...making for a more compact fold, i'll just keep an allen key handy.
Id really like to make it a 1X9 but cant find ANYone who has made a 1X9 MTB commuter using a large enough chain ring (44T+). Any help here would be appreciated!:thumb:

Looks like a nice project! I think Montague have a site up on Facebook and you might get better responses there.
This thread was started last year so maybe you`re finished at this point. Love to see more pictures!
