    If only the U.S had these during the 2nd Gulf War. Bush could have announced we were unleashing "Shock and Cogs" upon the enemy.

    The US Military currently uses folding bikes in the field.     There must be a practical reason for the feathers. Anyone know what it is? Sunshade maybe?
