Has anyone seen these? I am considering one but would like some feedback. Also will there be a problem with customs or duty as it comes from Taiwan?

It doesn't scream "deal" to me. Shimano sora, kenda tires... $500 USD b4 shipping. Does it weigh 15lbs?
