Amtrak and my Dahon Expresso

In the past I have had some less than happy experiences with Amtrak, but to give credit where it is due, I had a great trip yesterday. I took a little day trip to Chicago and Amtrak was more than helpful they were wonderful. They even moved me to the head of the line to board on the return trip.

Ah, the mighty Wolverine! If only the Mrs and I had ridden the lakefront yesterday - we might have seen you and could've marveled in person at your superior weather resistance. Enjoyed the blog post.

Did they confuse the folded bike with a wheelchair?

No, it was really busy, the train was delayed because of weather, and they didn't want it to be a hassle when the "cattle call" was turned loose. I just got lucky for once.
