Wheel Rim question for a Raliegh folder

I plan to run alloy rims on my Raleigh in 451 size and wanted to use the Sun 13M would these be too narrow for the Raleigh? It is a 20X1 1/8 inch rim.

I don't think any rim could be too narrow. It would be like a piece of bread too narrow for a toaster. The question should be is the rim strong enough for my fat jelly donut eatin self to bump over this curb?.
