Obama and Folders

Ok, this has nothing to do with folding bikes, but the President will be in town tomorrow. Too cold to offer him one of my folders -4 and 20mph winds. He is the fourth President (3rd sitting) to visit this little town of <20,000. Taft, Teddy Roosevelt, and George W. Bush have all been here before.
I have enough vintage folders that I could go for a ride with all the Presidents! I knew there was a reason I needed so many.

Now, now. That was a little sneaky of you SS.

I really expected to see Obama holding or riding a folder. Instead I see a slew of folding bikes with the weak connection of Obama visiting your home town. Tsk...tsk.

Mind you, that is a pretty interesting collection there and like Chris in Miami already suggested - more pics please!

He's come and gone. With the money that was spent on that 20 minute speech the government could have bought everyone in town a Moulton tsr!
More pics.

It can be generalized as 'Obama and X' ("Obama comes to town and I want to show him my X").

Knitting forum: X=needles
Soccer forum: X=balls
...

;-)

Anyway, the pictures are great.

This should remind you of a Schwinn Krate

1968 Schwinn Run-a-bout. The frame doesn't fold but everything else does.
