Dahon Kinetix Neutron hub - which cartridge bearings to use as replacement?

I've never used cartridge bearings before and I'm wondering what one would use to replace those in the Kinetix front hub. . . or would it make more sense to simply buy a new hub and swap the innards?

If you or a shop can get them out, you should be able to measure them, and I bet they are some kind of industry standard kind of bearing, widely available.
