CitizenBike frame Hinge Fix

Well more of a hack I suppose. Inspired by Foldable Two's comments in another thread about sloppy fits, I decided to give this a go. The Citizen Bike Barcelona frame hinge certainly qualifies as sloppy (on this one anyway). If I had access to a thicker hinge pin that would have been my first choice. The other option was to use a shim to take up the slop. I found that a Coke can being .0004" was easily cut with scissors and seemed perfect to act as a sleeve (or sleeves as there are three little sections). Any way in under an hour this operation was completed, added a bit of oil. Huge difference in how it feels to me, but of course my wife can't tell the difference.
