Yes, this is the replacement for the Speed Pro TT- Vector frame (also replacing the Mu models, though just the high-end ones for the time being) is slightly heavier but supposed to be considerably stiffer.

It's got bullhorn bars and brifters, which can be folded down with an allen key. For a faster, flatter fold, see the similar Eurobike Award winning Vector X10.
