Raleigh Folders
I have seen a decaled Ralieigh TWENTY Folder with 20" wheels.
Technically not the same as they are hinged in lower middlle of the front downtube, but the same in every other respect.

My Raleigh "Folder" is exactly the same as the Raleigh "Twenty" except for decals. I think it depends on the year. There are some Raleigh "Folder"s that are newer than the the 70s and the have the vertical hinge rather than the horizontal one on the older models. These newer folders are a completey differenct bike than the classics.
